Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal, and Money Orders.

Actual shipping is added to all orders (see note below regarding free shipping offer). If paying by paypal, we will submit a payment request for the shipping cost once the order is ready to ship. Payment must be received within 2 days.

Please note that when you pay with paypal, your payment is made immediately when you place your order. When paying with credit card you will be charged when your order ships. This applies to both in stock and preorder items.

if paying by money order, money orders must be received within 10 days of the order being placed. We will contact you once as a reminder. After that your order will be cancelled and all items returned to stock.

Privacy Policy/Site Security
We know how important it is to feel comfortable with buying online, and giving out our own personal information – and so we are firmly committed to maintaining your privacy and protecting your personal information! We will never sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any personally identifiable information about you to any third party. Lifetime Moments uses industry standard technology to protect your data from use, misuse or alteration by unauthorized third parties. A Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encrypts your personal information including credit card information as it is transferred over the internet.

Return Policy & Quality Assurance
All orders are inspected and checked before shipment to insure accuracy and that the product is in excellent condition.

If for some reason your item is defective, we will gladly accept the item returned within 30 days for a credit or replacement.

All unused, unopened items in new, sellable condition, are accepted as returns within 30 days at your shipping expense.

Sales Tax
6% sales tax is charged to all Michigan residents.

Backorder & Out-of-Stock Items
Our shopping cart maintains our live inventory, we do not backorder items. Please add yourself to the waiting list if there is an out of stock item of interest to you. Or email us and let us know so we can be sure to order it soon!

Add-ons or Cancellations on Orders
Please take your time while shopping. Add-ons to orders are not possible - a new order must be placed through the cart - this is the best way for us to provide you excellent service and maintain an accurate inventory. If you need to cancel an item from an order, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand sometimes it is necessary, however we need to manually do it and then manually update the inventory on the cart on the site - so please take your time while shopping first - it is much appreciated!

Shipping

Actual shipping charges! Orders over $85 receive FREE shipping!*

At Lifetime Moments, we know how expensive shipping can be - that's why we charge the actual shipping cost to you! And if your order totals over $85, we'll even pay to ship the items to you!*

After you place your order, we will calculate shipping and add it to the cost of your order. Lightweight embellishments often can fit in a 6 x 9 padded envelope and ship at a first class rate. (minimum $2.50 shipping fee)

Please note that ALL paper must ship in a box - light orders go Priority Mail, heavier orders go UPS.

All Priority Mail shipments receive free delivery confirmation. All first class orders eligible for delivery confirmation will be charged $.13 and receive delivery confirmation. If you would like insurance added to any order, please contact us. Please note that we are not responsible for orders that the postal service has confirmed delivery as that is proof that we have sent the item and the USPS has delivered it to your address - we suggest sending to an alternate address if you are not going to be home to receive packages or if your door is not in a secure location for packages to be left.

*(free shipping available to contiguous 48 states only via cheapest shipping method - UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, whichever is the least expensive)

INTERNATIONAL: we are happy to ship anywhere in the world for you! Email us to discuss shipping options such as airmail, parcel post, or Global Priority. Always actual shipping charges only! $7 credit toward shipping on all orders over $85.

LM Membership Rewards Program

Details coming soon regarding our 2008 rewards program! All purchases from February 1, 2008-January 31, 2007 count and you will receive points for your purchases which will be able to be redeemed towards future purchases!
