I would love to let the staff at LM know how much their flawless service means to me. I have RA and cannot get to brick and mortar stores. The staff at LM is always so kind and helpful in every situation I have needed help. Honesty and integrity can be hard qualities to come by in todays world. However, at LM they not only have it in every staff member, but it comes with such a sweet spirit. They regularly go beyond what would be considered their "job". Can I just say a big thank you to whomever packed my latest order?  It poured here all last night, and at some point after dark, the mail carrier (most likely a sub) left my beautiful, box of paper out on the bench near our front porch.  :-(  I found it as we were heading out to school this morning and the box was just soaked!  I mean there was water pouring out of the corners and the cardboard was mush.   I knew what I had ordered (about $200 worth of paper) and I was heartbroken...

Thanks to LM's careful Ziploc bagging, my paper is safe!!!  Absolutely nothing was ruined (except the invoice, but I can live with that - LOL)  and it was all because someone took the time to load all that paper into the Ziploc bags and seal them properly.

So, thank you    thank you    thank you  to the wonderful person who packaged my order!  You ROCK!!!
