Bag toppers

The giving of sweets seems to be an integral part of Valentine's Day so I've made these small bags of candy. They are really easy to make and can be done to match the candy or vice versa ;o)

1) The bags I’ve used are approximately 5” wide and the cardstock for the base of the topper is a square that is a bit wider than that on all sides folded down the middle.

2) Using the KI Wild Thing collection it was easy to embellish the toppers: I did a title for each of them using KI letter stickers, rub-ons and chipboard and then decorated with some matching chipboard shapes and a bit of ribbon.

3) Attach the toppers to the bags using tape or staples.

Take out box

With this altered take out box I wanted to make a Valentine’s Day gift with a masculine look.

1) Dress the take out box with Wild Thing Smitten and Wild Thing Hugs

2) Frame one of the words on the box using a label holder from the Wild Thing Hip Chip Shapes Chipboard

3) Embellish the box using Wild Thing Hip Chip Shapes Chipboard and Wild Thing Shapes Gel Candy Epoxy Stickers

I filled the box with chilli peanuts and two cinema tickets (bear with me – we weren’t really going to the movies so I did some in card stock).
